The Role:

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our aviation management team as Managers. In this role, you will be responsible for leading consulting projects, managing client relationships, and developing strategic solutions to drive business growth. You will work closely with our team of experts to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead consulting teams and ensure timely delivery of solutions on client-based projects;
  2. Act as the primary point of contact with clients, building strong relationships and trust;
  3. Develop and manage project budgets, scopes of work, and risk management strategies;
  4. Cultivate a high-performing team, mentoring and training junior staff to achieve business objectives;
  5. Support business development initiatives by building client relationships, working on proposals, and contributing to thought leadership;
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation;
  7. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business success and growth.
Basic Qualifications:
  1. Degree educated from a reputable institution;
  2. 5+ years of work experience in strategy consulting, commercial aviation, sustainability, operational transformation, or aviation finance;
  3. Demonstrable experience managing projects or initiatives, creating structured workflows;
  4. People management experience, either via direct reports or oversight on a project basis;
  5. Ability and willingness to travel for work as necessary.
