Product Specialist Trainee - Anatomic Pathology and Molecular Biology

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Specialist Trainee to join our team. As a Product Specialist Trainee, you will provide specialized remote technical and applications support to users of our analyzers in the Anatomic Pathology and Molecular Biology product lines. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain excellent communication, follow-up, and proactive collaboration with customers to ensure rapid resolution of any issues or requests raised.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized remote technical and applications support to users of our analyzers in the Anatomic Pathology and Molecular Biology product lines.
  • Maintain excellent communication, follow-up, and proactive collaboration with customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Document and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on the operation and maintenance of our analyzers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Profile

We are looking for students of Biomedical Engineering and/or Biomedicine who are able to make curricular and/or extracurricular internship agreements. Fluency in Spanish and English (conversational and good writing skills), Portuguese is a must. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, strong teamwork and collaboration skills, and an interest in new technologies are essential. Analytical thinking is also highly valued.

  • Develop essential core skills such as customer interaction, critical thinking, intercultural collaboration, and resilience.
  • Provide remote support to customers and field specialists, assisting with troubleshooting, application usage, and implementing new protocols.

Additionally, you will have the chance to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams when necessary.
