Join Our Team as a Clinical Mako Product Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Mako Product Specialist to join our team at Stryker Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical product support to end-users, including surgeons, healthcare professionals, and nurses, as well as on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures with the Mako robotics system.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical product support to end-users and on-site guidance during surgical procedures with the Mako robotics system.
  • Prepare pre-operative CT scans for use in conjunction with the Robotic Arm Interactive Orthopaedic Mako system to assist surgeons in preoperative implant planning, implant sizing, and positioning.
  • Provide training and clinical/technical support to surgeons and OR staff during surgery, ensuring ideal placement and precision of hip or knee implants.
  • Solve potential product problems for customers in a highly satisfactory manner.
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Marketing to increase public awareness and highlight clinical benefits of the products and build strong relationships with key surgeons and OR staff at targeted accounts.
  • Contribute to the development of product design through feedback from surgeons and OR staff.

As a Clinical Mako Product Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly engaged team that truly cares about making healthcare better. You will be responsible for creating case reports, resolving product problems, obtaining purchase orders, monitoring inventory, and assisting sales and marketing teams in an effort to increase account growth of the Mako robot.
