Position Overview

As an EMEA Sales Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth for our innovative real estate startup. This position requires fluency in French, English, and Spanish to effectively engage with a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through effective follow-up on inbound leads and proactive outbound outreach.
  • Client Research: Conduct thorough research on prospective clients, pinpointing key decision-makers and generating interest in our offerings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to devise and execute strategic lead generation plans.
  • Product Demonstrations: Schedule and deliver engaging online product demonstrations and webinars to potential clients.
  • Partnership Development: Collaborate with channel and distribution partners to maximize lead potential and enhance brand awareness.
  • Communication Skills: Utilize excellent communication abilities to inspire and motivate prospects.
  • Performance Goals: Exhibit a strong desire to meet and exceed established performance metrics.
  • Autonomy: Operate independently as a proactive contributor to the team.

  • Technical Proficiency: Be proficient in CRM applications, MS Office, and Google Apps.
  • Startup Experience: Previous experience in a startup environment is advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, Spanish, and French is essential.
