About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Client Centre team as a Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Assist with guest check-in, greeting, and beverage services
  • Escort guests and ensure their needs are met
  • Fulfill customer requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Update security information and communicate special requests to the kitchen and catering team
  • Assist with taking reservations and providing customer service to all users
  • Oversee the reservation book and perform various administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of English, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
