About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dutch Team Manager to join our team at Recruit4Work. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service specialists and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Commercial and Operational Objectives: Achieve commercial and operational objectives for our clients by improving quantitative and qualitative operational performance.
  2. Team Management: Hire and follow up on your team and customer service specialists, providing necessary guidance and coaching to improve performance.
  3. Client Relationships: Discuss current performance with clients and make plans for the future, motivating and coaching employees to bring out the best in themselves.
  4. Process Management: Monitor customer agreements, processes, reporting, and sharing results with knowledge, providing training as needed.
  5. Team Meetings: Hold weekly team meetings with fellow team leaders and the call centre manager to discuss findings, team performance, plans, and concrete results.
Requirements
  1. Language Skills: Excellent level of Dutch, with English and French as a plus (C1 level).
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, leadership skills, project management skills with knowledge of presentation.
  3. Problem-Solving Skills: Problem-solving and analytics skills, team and time management, detail-oriented with advanced project management.
  4. Independence and Flexibility: Independence and flexibility, communicating, analyzing, and collaborating.
