About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our ERP Domain team at Galderma. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our ERP technology and ensuring its alignment with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demand and Governance
    • Manage demand and requirements for ERP systems and applications, ensuring that they are well-defined and aligned with business needs.
    • Collaborate with IT Strategy and Governance to maintain the function's roadmap and 3-year plan.
    • Develop and implement asset lifecycle planning, ensuring that all required activities and timelines are known, planned, and executed.
  • ERP Landscape Support
    • Ensure effective support of ERP services, including restoration of services within agreed SLAs, business impact analysis, and prioritization.
    • Support teams in major incidents and critical situation resolution, and be accountable for communication to stakeholders.
  • Project and Program Delivery
    • Provide leadership to program and project planning, translating roadmaps and demand into programs and projects.
    • Prepare business cases and ensure efficient project delivery planning and governance.
    • Manage and lead the function's project team, including people management and recruitment tasks, strategic and tactical management, and work scheduling.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in leadership roles connected to ERP technologies.
  • Experience in managing organizations of 100+ people, across internal and supplier teams.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience within ERP technologies, including Oracle.
  • Thorough understanding of the industry, business processes (supply and finance), and user needs, including current trends.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Commercial mindset and ability to advise/negotiate with stakeholders on fulfilling their demand with available resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables.
  • Proven experience in ERP transformations on enterprise level.
