About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Analyst ERP to join our dynamic team in Madrid. As an IT Analyst ERP, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of our ERP systems, working closely with business areas to identify and specify functional solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Functional analysis of incidents and projects to ensure seamless system operation
  • Collaboration with business areas to understand their needs and identify functional solutions to support them
  • Management of providers of development and maintenance of ERP systems
  • Direct report to the ERP IT Project Manager

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in engineering or IT
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in consulting companies or IT departments
  • 1-2 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 F&O
  • Experience in functional project management related to software development in technology or IT solutions implementation
  • Creation and execution of test plans to ensure quality and functionality of developed solutions
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
