Key Responsibilities- Provide support and maintenance for SAP ERP systems, with a focus on Tax DRC processes, including tax calculations, tax reporting, and tax compliance.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to Tax DRC processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with tax regulations and standards within different countries.
- Collaborate with finance and tax teams to streamline Tax DRC processes and improve system performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides for Tax DRC processes and SAP ERP functionalities.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and integration projects related to Tax DRC processes.
- Stay updated on SAP ERP best practices, tax regulations, and industry trends.
- Proven experience in providing support and maintenance for SAP ERP systems, with a focus on Tax DRC processes.
- Strong understanding of tax processes, including tax calculations, tax reporting, and tax compliance.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Tax DRC processes within SAP ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good communication and documentation skills.
