We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Celonis SE. As a key member of our product marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for our IT domain solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our IT domain solutions and their value proposition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute effective go-to-market strategies
  • Own product positioning and messaging for global scalability, differentiating our product within the market
  • Craft compelling pitch decks, demos, keynotes, and event sessions tailored to the target audience
  • Partner with product management to strategize and launch new products, ensuring ongoing adoption
  • Develop a deep understanding of buyer behaviors, criteria, and influencers to inform product strategies
  • Work closely with the demand generation team to develop impactful campaigns driving pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with the content marketing team to produce compelling materials such as solution briefs, white papers, blogs, videos, and third-party articles
  • Establish thought leadership by participating in events, social media, press, and industry analyst engagements
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience working in software product management, presales, consulting or product marketing
  • Experience with ERP, Data analytics, Automation, or AI technologies
  • Excited about technical concepts and speaking with CIOs and IT audiences about their requirements
  • Experience presenting at conferences and customer engagements
  • Highly logical and analytical, with an enthusiasm for connecting dots between ideas
  • Proactive, with strong ownership of all the workstreams you touch
  • Agile and team-oriented, ability to give and receive feedback, change tack, and collaborate with a team to achieve a goal
  • A bias towards action and delivering measurable results with a consistent track record of successful projects
