Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team in the Southern Europe region. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing Pre-Sales tasks in coordination with the Sales teams, consulting with customers and Riedel staff to design systems that meet client requirements, and producing technical proposals and presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Pre-Sales tasks in coordination with the Sales teams for the Southern Europe region
  • Consult with customers, system integrators, consultants, and Riedel staff to design systems that meet and exceed client requirements
  • Produce full-scale, elaborate written technical proposals and presentations
  • Participate in public engagements such as events, tradeshows, and panels
  • Anticipate and plan project phases in conjunction with the Professional Services team
  • Assist the Services team and Customers in project implementation
  • Organize and/or deliver product demonstrations, POCs, and solution presentations
  • Proactively educate clients and business partners on product knowledge and technical sales skills
Requirements
  • University studies or completed occupational training in electrical engineering, communications, audio and/or video-engineering, or IT
  • Pre-Sales/Engineering experience required
  • Excellent organization and communication skills with strong ability to schedule duties/projects according to priorities
  • Understanding of the Broadcast/Media Technology Market
  • Baseband and IP broadcast knowledge and knowledge of Intercom communication systems, audio and video technology
  • Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, or CAD, experience with CRM's and Project Management Tools
  • Maximum flexibility and ability to work co-operatively with and across all company departments
  • Mobility and willingness to travel, with a preference for candidates who are Native Spanish speakers with excellent written and oral English skills
