About the Role

Hogarth Worldwide Ltd is a leading global content experience company, partnering with top brands to deliver engaging and measurable content across all channels and media.

We are seeking a Trainee Account Executive to join our Madrid office, where you will learn the day-to-day work of a creative company and collaborate with high-level professionals on real projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Accounts Department in managing client relationships and daily tasks.
  • Assist in preparing client budgets and ensuring agency work aligns with client briefings.
  • Develop briefs and proposals for clients, and coordinate project production on time and on budget.
  • Execute administrative procedures associated with projects and campaigns.
  • Support campaign coordination and production of campaign materials with the creative department.
  • Collaborate with the administration department to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
  • Student in the final year of Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Business Studies, or related Master's degree.
  • Possibility to sign an internship agreement with a university or official school.
  • High level of English (C1 or bilingual).
  • Previous experience in an accounts team is an asset.
