Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our growth team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the administrative processes with travel agencies registered in our Exoticca Agent portal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the commissions payment process in close collaboration with the Finance department.
  • Communicate with travel agencies in case of data inconsistencies or other issues with commissions payments.
  • Manually create top-up commissions from marketing campaigns in our internal system.
  • Ensure data of registration is accurate and send emails to travel agencies to complete their information.
  • Answer general requests of travel agents, mainly regarding login issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in ADE, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal in Spanish and English.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience with Excel.
