Microsoft Workloads Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our Microsoft Workloads Customer Acquisition Team in France & EU South. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and growth across the region, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft workloads to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Microsoft workloads in France & EU South, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and partner teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of go-to-market plans.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure successful execution of go-to-market plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales enablement programs, training, and content to support customer acquisition efforts.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of go-to-market plans and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong focus on Microsoft workloads.
- Proven track record of success in driving customer acquisition and growth, with a strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
