Visage Executive Search is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with distributors and channels in the Spanish market.
Key Responsibilities:- Formulate sales plans and complete sales targets in line with the company's business strategy.
- Collaborate with the headquarters to develop product, pricing, channel, and marketing strategies for the Spanish offline market.
- Maintain relationships with distributors and channels, assist in developing and maintaining channel relationships, and improve client satisfaction.
- Monitor market demand, understand industry competitive product dynamics, and formulate localized brand promotion strategies.
- More than 5 years of experience in brand development of consumer electronics/IT products.
- Familiarity with the consumer electronics industry in the Spanish market and experience in successful cooperation with major local distributors and channels.
- Keen market insight and experience in products, channels, customer management, and sales.
- Mature market analysis capabilities, customer management, marketing planning capabilities, and decision-making judgment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Spanish.
- Sincere and dedicated, proactive, good at communication, strong problem-solving ability, strong sense of responsibility, and execution ability.
