Job Title: Presales Engineer

Job Description:

As a Presales Engineer, you will work in the technical department in tandem with sales representatives to sell and promote assigned vendor's products. Your responsibilities will include delivering customized demos and presentations, conducting training and webinars, and providing technical advice and support for customers. You will also participate in technology fairs and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical knowledge and expertise to support business teams in the development and defining Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Interacting with partners, identifying needs and business opportunities by performing technical consultancy
  • Delivering training and workshops for customers
  • Continuously learning on the latest technologies and obtaining vendor certifications
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and/or experience in storage, AI, DGX, GPUs, or HPC areas
  • Knowledge and/or experience with NetApp's or NVIDIA products
  • Knowledge and/or experience with platforms like Omniverse, Cumulus, Ontap
  • Negotiating skills and strong communication skills
  • Strong customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology
  • Ability to identify and resolve partner issues with excellent prioritization of workload
  • Willingness to occasional travel nationally
  • Real and innate passion to learn new technologies and a strong attitude for new and different challenges
