The universe of data is constantly evolving, presenting enormous business and technological challenges. Data Centers have become a crucial component of every company's digital strategy. However, not all data centers are created equal. The solution must be designed to meet the company's IT strategy, both today and tomorrow. At Adam, we think strategically, listening to our customers' needs to deliver the greatest value possible.

Position Overview

This role will join our sales department, reporting directly to the sales director. The work center will be in our Data Center at Parque Tecnológico del Vallés, Barcelona. The main objective of this position is to accelerate the creation of alliances with partners and the attraction of new business opportunities with new customers in the territory, agreements that will allow us to create an extensive ecosystem using our data centers as a hub.

Key Responsibilities

  1. The ideal candidate is a mixed executive profile: 'Hunter' and Partner Account Manager, with a proactive approach, great work capacity, autonomy, and commercial creativity.
  2. Understand the requirements of customers in different sectors and translate them into sales plans consistent with our service portfolio and market focus.
  3. Tenaciously build new business by acquiring partners, new customers, and market opportunities.
  4. Prospect and create new opportunities.
  5. Identify and take advantage of business opportunities coming from partners, suppliers, and existing customers.
  6. Responsible for building effective relationships with key customer decision makers.
  7. Provide the necessary resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Manage and maintain the portfolio of partners and customers assigned, ensuring the maintenance of turnover, exercising specific commercial actions aimed at growth.
  9. Develop concrete action plans aimed at achieving the assigned annual objectives.
  10. Provide a strategic vision of our products, so that Adam's offer is directed to the markets with the greatest opportunities.
  11. Maintain a high level of strategic evaluation of Adam's business against the competition.
