- Customer Service: Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers, sales teams, distributors, and other stakeholders to ensure prompt and effective service delivery.
- Spare Parts Management: Manage assigned spare parts to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- ITC Compliance: Ensure compliance with ITC regulations for Vertiv products and maintain accurate records.
- Environmental Guidelines: Adhere to environmental guidelines set by Vertiv Spain and client facilities during interventions.
- Education: Intermediate vocational training in electricity and electronics or university degree in electricity and electronics.
- Office Package Management: Proficient in office package management software.
- Technical Experience: Demonstrable experience in technical service or testing of UPS equipment.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Time Management: Proactive, able to plan, organize, and manage time effectively.
- Language Skills: Medium/high level of English proficiency.
