Key Responsibilities- Monthly Financial Tasks: Assist with calculating money owed, managing expenses, and analyzing financial performance.
- Account Management: Oversee company accounts and ensure accurate recording and sorting of financial data.
- Working with Accountants: Collaborate with the accounting team to maintain accurate financial records.
- Financial Planning: Assist in planning and forecasting the company's finances.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement financial process improvements.
- Profit & Loss Analysis: Review and analyze the company's profits and losses, particularly related to G&A expenses.
- Reporting: Create various reports, including cost center reports and headquarter reports.
- Assisting with Audits: Assist in managing internal and external financial audits.
- Native-level German language skills (C1) and fluency in English (B2).
- Mandatory accounting experience of at least 6 months to 1 year.
- Juniors with 6-12 months experience in General Ledger accounting are accepted.
- Basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.
- Accounting Qualification with appropriate post-qualification experience.
- Computer literate in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of SAP (FI and CO Modules).
- 8.5 hours Monday to Thursday, and 6 hours Friday.
- Flexible office/entering hours.
- 1 hour break daily.
- Directly work for Mercedes-Benz Group Services, Madrid.
- Friday bar and other social activities.
