About the Internship

The Sales Development Intern will support our Commercial division and directly contribute to our Market Research and Sales processes. This role will enable you to gain experience in core functions, build business acumen, and focus on teamwork while receiving continuous support and learning opportunities from our team members.

Responsibilities
  1. Market Research (30%):
    • Source additional target prospects using sales tools outside of the database.
    • Prioritize prospects and enrich the database with contact information and talking points.
    • Assign prospects within your assigned territory and Sales Development Representative (SDR) agents.
  2. Sales (70%):
    • Learn to use our CRM software (Salesforce) and create reports and dashboards.
    • Cold call targeted prospects to obtain key information and meet qualified lead criteria.
    • Track prospects, identify decision makers, timelines, hot-buttons, and specific qualifications, and enter data accurately and consistently into the company's CRM.
    • Generate interest and create needs with potential clients.
    • Support the Sales team with presentations and other projects to improve the Sales funnel.
Requirements
  • You are currently studying a Bachelor's or Master's degree or online course and can provide an internship agreement.
  • You can commit to an internship of 6 months, ideally full-time (39 hours per week).
  • You are naturally curious and have a strong willingness to learn.
  • You are data-driven.
  • You are a great communicator and enjoy working in teams.
  • You have a high level of English and French/Italian/Spanish/Portuguese/Arabic.
  • You are eligible to work in Barcelona.
