Channel Business Developer

We are seeking a skilled Channel Business Developer to join our team at Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions. As a Channel Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with channel partners in the Spanish market.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and qualify potential channel partners in the context of the EU Continuous Transaction Control mandate.
- Develop and execute a sales plan to drive profitable growth in the partner landscape.
- Define customer and vendor needs and execute a sales plan to develop and grow the business.
- Manage relationships with channel partners and vendors to ensure trust and mutual execution of business purposes.
- Coordinate with marketing to identify and recruit channel partners.
- Develop market development action plans and position Sovos technology within the channel community.
- Recruit channel partners and coordinate with the enablement team for providing them with the required Sovos knowledge.
- Establish joint action plans with marketing for approaching recruited partners' end-user communities.
- Previous sales experience in selling IT and financial ERP products and solutions, as well as working with channel partners.
- Business development and hunting experience for at least 5 years, with a proven track record of consistent overachievement in sales contribution.
- Experience working within a matrix organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent organization and creativity skills.
- Spanish and English language proficiency is mandatory.
