Key Responsibilities- Vendor Governance: Establish and maintain effective vendor governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and alignment with business objectives.
- Vendor Performance Management: Monitor vendor performance, financial accuracy, and service quality, ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Cost Savings and Risk Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities, provide regular reports, and manage vendor risks through audits and mitigation plans.
- Vendor Onboarding and Collaboration: Facilitate vendor onboarding, collaboration, and issue resolution, fostering effective relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, economics, information technology, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT procurement or sourcing.
- Skills: Proficient in English, both written and oral; advanced knowledge of Sharepoint and Excel; familiarity with governance (CoBIT), sourcing/outsourcing (eSCM/IAOP), and financial management (budget planning) frameworks/methodologies.
- Personal Qualities: Strong numerical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
