Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage audit programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assign and lead audit teams to conduct on-site audits.
- Review and verify client documents, technical documents, and other relevant information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Plan and conduct audits to identify areas of non-compliance and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present audit reports to clients, highlighting findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Follow up on audit results to ensure implementation of corrective actions and verification of compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in auditing.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Quality Management, or Environmental Science.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with at least 2 years in a lead auditor role for non-food certification.
- Lead Auditor certification for relevant standards, such as ISO 9001.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel frequently for on-site audits.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to manage audit teams and interact effectively with clients.
