We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at The St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys. Process all check-outs, including resolving any late and disputed charges.
- Payment Processing: Process all payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, and credit.
- Guest Communication: Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
- Room Readiness: Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.
- Parking and Transportation: Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors and dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed.
- Reporting and Administration: Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy. Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: No related work experience required.
- License or Certification: None.
