The Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Global AR Process Team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in analyzing and optimizing our Accounts Receivable processes. Your expertise will help us drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance our customer experience.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Work independently and proactively on projects and new initiatives, driving process improvements and innovation.
- Develop and implement harmonized Accounts Receivable processes across international markets.
- Collaborate with our AR process owner to define standards and ensure seamless end-to-end finance processes.
- Act as a liaison between finance and product organizations, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Validate dependencies on AR processes due to new business models and emerging trends.
- Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and knowledge bases.
- Coordinate and support country onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new markets.
- Prepare presentations, organize meetings, and moderate international workshops to drive business outcomes.
- Serve as a competent contact person for functional departments, country headquarters, and divisions within our organization.
Your Ideal Profile
We're looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in finance, process management, and international business. Your expertise should include:
A completed degree in finance or a related field, or a completed commercial education.Understanding of trading processes, ideally in the Accounts Receivable area.Practical experience in project and process management.Deep understanding of accounting processes and financial systems.Intercultural competence, team spirit, and a passion for process and entrepreneurial thinking.Fluent written and spoken English skills.Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to changing business needs.What We Offer
