Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at ZimVie US Corp LLC. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately processing vendor and intercompany invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process vendor and intercompany invoices in accordance with accepted accounting principles.
- Manage vendor and intercompany payments, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Reconcile AP balance accounts on a timely basis.
- Perform specific Accounts Payable tasks for monthly closing and assist the relevant Controller with accruals and prepaids information if required.
- Ensure accurate review of vendor aging with no overdue items pending to be cleared.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Manage the Vendor Master file, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Accounting studies.
- Previous experience of 2 to 3 years in multinational companies in accounting positions.
- Adjustment period of 6 months.
- Organized and stress-resistant.
- Used to working with deadlines.
- Internal controls and policies & procedures oriented.
- Oracle or a similar program.
- Navision knowledge is also appreciated.
- Excel advanced.
- Advanced level of English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
- Another European language is a plus.
