**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team at Mass Markets. As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing the company's accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices, and maintaining vendor relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Invoice Processing:** Receive, review, and process invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • **Vendor Management:** Maintain vendor accounts, including setup, maintenance, and communication regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies.
  • **Payment Processing:** Prepare and process payment batches, including checks, electronic transfers, and ACH payments, in accordance with payment terms and deadlines.
  • **Reconciliation:** Reconcile payments with invoices and ensure proper documentation and authorization for all transactions.
  • **Financial Analysis:** Analyze accounts payable data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency enhancements.
  • **Reporting:** Prepare periodic reports and ad-hoc analyses for management review and decision-making purposes.
  • **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal control policies related to accounts payable processes.

**Requirements:**

  • **Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • **Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field.
