About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Researcher to join our team at Reconocida Empresa. As a key member of our UX team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through user-centered design and research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research to gain a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and motivations.
  • Develop and execute research plans to inform product design and strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research findings are actionable and influential.
  • Communicate research insights and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling reports and presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or Communication Design.
  • Proven experience in user experience research, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English and proficiency in other European languages.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's or PhD degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with quantitative research methods and experiment design.
  • Knowledge of design tools and software, such as Figma and Adobe Analytics.
