We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Researcher to join our team at Reconocida empresa. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through user-centered design and research.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct User Research: Lead or support UX research initiatives by translating product objectives into purposeful research approaches, conducting interviews, workshops, and analyzing data from various sources to optimize how we capture the right level of understanding about user/customer problems.
- Design and Execute Research Studies: Experience designing, executing, and analyzing qualitative research and help elaborate and further develop our research repository and insight process.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other (UX) Researchers and/or cross-functional partners to plan and scope impactful research projects, and experience working concurrently with the product department.
- Communicate Research Findings: Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and verbal presentations, and create and/or distribute process/method resources to the wider Product/UX team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Communication Design, Communication/Cognitive/Learning/Information/Behavioral Science, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: Experience in an applied research setting, including experience integrating user research into product designs and strategy, and experience working with UX/Product/Engineering teams and internal business stakeholders.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, managing complexity, and project management skills, and a good working knowledge of quantitative research and the principles of experiment design.
- Language: Fluent in English and preferably other European languages.
- Advanced Education: Master's or PhD degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Experimental Psychology, Anthropology, Information Science, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Additional Skills: Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team, conduct research, formulate conclusions, and present conclusions regarding business issues, and experience with a wide variety of methodologies (e.g. qualitative, surveys, experiments etc).
