**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Researcher to join our talented UX Design team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Product Management and Engineering to drive the design and development of intuitive, user-centered software solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct user research to gather insights on user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Develop detailed user personas to effectively communicate user needs and goals to the development team and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product Management to identify research goals, define questions, and prioritize efforts based on the product roadmap and business objectives.
- User journey mapping to identify opportunities to enhance the user experience across different touchpoints.
- Analyze and present research findings to cross-functional teams through visually compelling reports, presentations, and interactive prototypes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to understand the landscape and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Plan and execute usability testing sessions to validate design concepts and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
- Contribute to improving UX research methodologies, processes, and tools within the organization.
**Requirements**
We are looking for a candidate with a strong educational background in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have experience in user research, human-centered design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
