About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital & Social Media Strategist to join our team at Good Rebels. As a key member of our Project Squads or Business Units, you will be responsible for defining and executing digital strategies across various projects, including social media, growth campaigns, website development, and content marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Digital Strategies: Participate in the definition and execution of digital strategies to drive business growth and improve client engagement.
  • Conduct Market Research: Search for data, audience insights, and information to create digital marketing benchmarks and best practices for multinational companies.
  • Lead Project Teams: Coordinate specific project teams and lead client success on a day-to-day basis, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Elaborate Digital Plans: Develop digital and social needs into operative plans to achieve client objectives and propose tactics accordingly.
  • Present to Clients: Elaborate sound presentations and slide decks for clients and prospects using Google Slides as a collaborative platform.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Excellent English and Spanish language skills are a must.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with demonstrable digital marketing know-how and social media strategic vision.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking are essential for this role.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to bring clear insights into visual presentations and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Team Player: A good team player, able to work with others remotely and interact with different stakeholders.
  • Continuous Learning: Always willing to learn and write about how digital is transforming business, user habits, and entire companies.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, tools knowledge, and capacity to manage client and project needs overall.
  • Communication and Presentation: Strong abilities to communicate and present to clients or prospects at a managerial level.
  • Education: Graduate in Economics, Business, Engineering, Marketing, or Digital Marketing. MBA or Digital or Marketing Master Degree will be also considered.
