About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital & Social Media Strategist to join our team at Good Rebels. As a key member of our Project Squads or Business Units, you will be responsible for defining and executing digital strategies across various projects, including social media, growth campaigns, website development, and content marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Digital Strategies: Participate in the definition and execution of digital strategies, leveraging data, audience insights, and industry best practices to drive business growth.
  • Lead Project Teams: Coordinate specific project teams and lead client success on a day-to-day basis, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of projects.
  • Elaborate Presentations: Develop clear and concise presentations and slide decks for clients and prospects, using Google Slides as a collaborative platform.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Excellent English and Spanish language skills are a must.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in social media strategy and project management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to bring clear insights into visual presentations. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with clients at a managerial level.
  • Education: Graduate in Economics, Business, Engineering, Marketing, or Digital Marketing. MBA or Digital or Marketing Master Degree is also considered.
