Position Overview
As a Supply Chain Planning Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the planning and allocation of orders across various flows, including deliveries and material recovery. Your primary objective will be to enhance customer satisfaction while optimizing stock levels to achieve our supply chain goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily management of order planning and allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of equipment to our customers.
- Utilize optimization tools to adjust and plan flows, coordinating closely with the Central Planning team for daily stock management.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels at the plant, balancing capacity and service requirements.
- Lead the execution of seasonal supply surges, including forecasting and exception management.
- Generate customized reports to meet local logistics office requirements.
- Ensure compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in a supply chain environment, particularly in stock management, is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in SAP or similar systems, along with experience in JDA.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is an advantage.
