Key Responsibilities- Logistics Planning and Management: Responsible for the daily planning, management, and optimization of all logistics, transportation, and warehouse-related activities within your market.
- Performance Management: Ongoing performance management of 3PLs and fulfillment partners within your market, ensuring exceptional levels of performance and adherence to agreed SLAs.
- Inventory Management: Tight grip on inventory, working with 3PLs and manufacturing colleagues to ensure financial losses are minimized and accuracy is optimized at all times.
- Logistics Planning for Growth: Responsible for logistics planning to ensure periods of significant growth can be accommodated without disruption and that the supply chain is resilient to changes in market conditions and peak trading activity.
- Cost Control: Ensure tight cost control at all times, working tirelessly within your market to ensure end-to-end supply chain costs are optimized.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with global and local stakeholders within Too Good To Go to influence our strategy and ensure execution against agreed manufacturing goals.
- Customer Focus: Ensure the customer is at the heart of everything we do, with a clear focus on increasing NPS scores and reducing the Customer Care contact ratio.
- Inter-Site Transfer and Haulage: Manage all inter-site transfer and haulage requirements (where applicable).
- Experience: Experience of working with, or for, a 3PL is essential - ideally acquired within a B2C food or GM environment.
- Target Exceeding: Demonstrable experience of exceeding targets and optimizing levels of customer experience and cost control.
- Pan-European Logistics: Experience of pan-European logistics is a benefit.
- Carrier Management: Experience managing carriers is a benefit.
- Commercial Mindset: Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to understand and operate in a fast-moving and evolving business environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills - confident using raw data to proactively investigate trends and identify new opportunities.
- Planning Skills: Exceptional planning skills and ability to navigate changes to market conditions and peak trading periods.
- Passion for Sustainability: A passion for the mission and for raising awareness of food waste and sustainability.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communicator - skilled in leading conversations and presenting at all levels.
