About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to lead our CRM platform and its satellites at IESE Business School. As a key member of our IT Department, you will be responsible for defining the long-term vision for our CRM system and ensuring it meets the needs of our users.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategy and Innovation: Define the CRM strategy and execute projects related to the platform. Interact with stakeholders to understand needs and requirements, and ensure the platform evolves with the latest innovations.
- Management and Collaboration: Manage partners and internal stakeholders, prioritize the product backlog based on user feedback and risks, and work with the maintenance team to resolve incidents.
- Project Leadership: Lead project teams, translating business needs into technical specifications, and cooperate with other IT representatives to determine the best technology and implementation options.
- Reporting and Accountability: Report directly to the Business Intelligence Director and ensure data quality in the CRM platform.
