En Fhios Smart Knowledge estamos buscando un/a Product Owner Senior para que se incorpore al equipo de un importante cliente del sector inmobiliario.

Misión del Puesto

Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de desarrollo, analistas de negocio y usuarios clave para tomar requerimientos y comprender las necesidades del cliente en el ámbito de los procesos digitales del sector inmobiliario.

Responsabilidades
  • Definir flujos funcionales y procesos digitales para mejorar la eficiencia y la experiencia del usuario en nuestros productos y servicios.
  • Diseñar y mantener una visión clara de las funcionalidades, garantizando que estén alineados con la estrategia general del departamento de producto.
  • Gestionar el backlog de productos, priorizando las funcionalidades clave y asegurándose de que se entreguen en tiempo y forma.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de desarrollo en la planificación y ejecución de los sprints, asegurando la entrega exitosa de las funcionalidades y procesos acordados.
  • Realizar pruebas y seguimiento de la calidad del producto, asegurándose de que cumpla con los estándares de rendimiento y usabilidad establecidos.
  • Mantenerse actualizado(a) con las últimas tendencias y tecnologías en el sector inmobiliario y digital para impulsar continuamente la innovación en nuestros productos y servicios.
Requisitos del Candidato
  • Experiencia previa mínima de 2 años como Product Owner o en roles similares, preferiblemente en el sector inmobiliario o relacionado con bienes raíces.
  • Conocimiento profundo de tecnologías web y CRM, y habilidad para evaluar y seleccionar las soluciones tecnológicas adecuadas para optimizar los procesos digitales.
  • Capacidad para traducir los requisitos del cliente en flujos funcionales y procesos digitales bien definidos.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo para colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios y gestionar eficazmente el desarrollo de productos.
  • Mentalidad analítica y orientada a resultados, con la capacidad de tomar decisiones basadas en datos y priorizar tareas de manera efectiva.
