Job Title: Senior IT Product Owner

At Engineeringuk, we're seeking a seasoned Senior IT Product Owner to spearhead our Unified Data Platform initiative. As a key member of our Internal IT team, you'll be responsible for driving the development and execution of a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap to make our Data as a Product (DaaP) vision a reality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap to drive the DaaP initiative forward.
  • Drive alignment and buy-in across the organization for our value proposition, serving as a vocal advocate for our DaaP growth and its strategic importance.
  • Contribute to identifying and prioritizing the backlog of Corporate Data Models in line with business priorities, in support with Data stakeholders.
  • Enforce best practices around Data Governance, in line with the Data Governance program.
  • Develop our DaaP Service Offer to industrialize rollouts and standardize our minimum set of services.
  • Define and monitor Key Success Metrics and regularly evaluate the impact of our deliverables on business outcomes, adjusting strategies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data management, and data analytics.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and cloud-based technologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
