Bynder is a leading digital asset management platform that empowers teams to conquer content chaos and thrive. As a Senior Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Studio module, the ultimate solution for creating on-brand content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Roadmap Management: Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager and Design team to transform product concepts into actionable deliverables.
  • Backlog Management: Prioritize initiatives, break down epics into actionable stories, and oversee timely delivery of releases.
  • Sprint Ceremonies: Participate in all sprint lifecycle phases, ensuring the team's work aligns with prioritized backlog items.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with the Engineering team to prioritize and resolve outstanding issues, ensuring high product quality.
  • Operational Excellence: Facilitate teams in executing against OKRs and requirements, enabling seamless customer adoption.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with Engineering, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to drive product success.
  • Customer-Centricity: Partner with the Senior Product Manager to engage with customers and UX teams, identifying and validating problems and opportunities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative and efficient solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record as a Product Owner/Manager in prioritizing and delivering initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Experience in leading cloud-based product initiatives from inception to delivery, ideally within Content Creation technologies.
  • Expertise in breaking down epics into small increments to maximize value and operational efficiency.
  • Strong affinity for technology, with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
