Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a long-term strategy for our CRM platform, ensuring it aligns with our business goals and objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and ensure the platform meets their expectations.
- Product Management: Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and functionalities based on user feedback and business needs.
- Incident Resolution: Work closely with the maintenance team to resolve incidents and ensure the platform is running smoothly.
- Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and drive project delivery.
- Technology Innovation: Collaborate with IT representatives to identify and implement the best technology solutions for our CRM platform.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Business Intelligence Director on platform performance and progress.
