Crm Product Owner

We are seeking a highly skilled Crm Product Owner to join our team at Iese Business School. As a key member of our Business Intelligence team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the long-term vision for our CRM platform and its satellites.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the CRM platform, ensuring alignment with the school's business objectives.
- Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver multiple projects related to CRM, collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs and requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business units and IT teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Data Quality and Governance: Oversee the management of data quality in the CRM platform, working closely with the maintenance team to resolve incidents and improve data integrity.
- Business Analysis: Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the CRM platform's functionality and user experience.
- Proven experience in CRM platform management and product ownership.
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
