Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Service Agent to join our team at FedEx. As a Global Service Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our international logistics and customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • International Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the movement of international shipments, including customs clearance, documentation, and tracking.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our international customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of shipments.
  • Freight Forwarding: Assist with the coordination of freight forwarding activities, including the preparation of shipping documents and the management of freight forwarding relationships.
  • Supply Chain Management: Assist with the management of our international supply chain, including the coordination of inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and customer service teams, as well as external stakeholders, including customers, brokers, and regulatory agencies.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Degree or Equivalent
  • Experience: Three (3) years of experience in international logistics, customer service, or a related field
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in English, and knowledge of mainframe, PC systems, and web-based applications
