We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Support Associate to join our team at Conduent Business Services. As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a key role in promoting products and services to customers, identifying purchase opportunities, and providing exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers and prospects to promote products and services, and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Provide best-in-class customer experience, enhancing the brand image through every interaction.
- Support sales agents and dealers throughout the sales process, ensuring seamless customer engagement.
- Inform clients and prospects about loyalty programs and new sales campaigns, driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers.
- C2/C1 level of German language proficiency and B2 English language skills are required.
- Availability to attend training sessions, with flexible working hours post-training.
- Customer-oriented mindset and at least 1 year of sales experience.
- 23 days paid holiday per annum.
- EUR 1.50 a day WFH allowance.
