Job Opportunity: Mobility Consultancy - Sales Support Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Support Associate in Mobility Consultancy. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting products and services, engaging with customers, and providing exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with customers and prospects to promote products and services, identifying opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized support and ensuring their needs are met.
  3. Collaborate with sales teams to provide product information, answer customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity to provide informed advice and guidance to customers.
  5. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  2. Strong product knowledge and understanding of the mobility industry.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Proven track record of success in sales or customer-facing roles, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  5. C2/C1 level of the Swedish language and B2 English is a requirement - the assessment of the Swedish language is conducted by an external vendor.
