Job Title: Security Campus Manager

Securitas Seguridad España is seeking a highly skilled Security Campus Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for managing staff, leading onsite management teams, and ensuring the security and well-being of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff, including training, recruitment, absence, scheduling, compliance, appraisals, and disciplinary matters.
  • Lead, motivate, and support onsite management teams to develop their management skills.
  • Ensure onsite management teams are managing employee performance and competence with onsite procedures.
  • Provide first-line support to onsite security and account management teams.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with account management, client, and partner teams.
  • Represent the client and Securitas in a professional manner, maintaining the standards, brand, and values of both.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
  • Knowledge of access control software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong general IT ability.
  • Experience managing teams within the corporate security sector.
  • Experience in HR activities, including recruitment, disciplinary procedures, and team development.
  • Experience reporting key metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
Desirable:
  • Security license (as applicable to local laws).
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand additional languages.
