About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Growth to drive the long-term success of one of our flagship products. As a key member of our leadership team, you will have ownership and autonomy to shape our customer acquisition vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
  • Lead a team of specialist marketing managers across SEO, Paid Media, CRM, and other disciplines to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, UXD, Content, and Commercial, to identify and meet customer needs.
  • Design and implement data-driven strategies to optimize customer acquisition costs, improve marketing effectiveness, and drive commercial impact.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team success and ensure positive ROI.
Requirements
  • Substantial experience in multi-language SEO and paid media, with a proven track record of driving scale through global campaigns.
  • Strong leadership experience, with a proven ability to scale motivated and high-performing teams.
  • Experience in influencing and shaping product strategy, fostering collaboration in organizations undergoing transformation.
  • Ability to leverage quantitative analytics and qualitative user data to drive business decisions.
  • Experience working in a matrix-structured organization and comfortable with agile ways of working.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in SEO within iGaming or a competitive industry.
  • Hands-on experience in Paid Media within iGaming or a competitive industry.
