Your Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee monthly financial closures and forecast future profit and loss/cash flow at the project level.
  • Manage commercial and administrative transactions for EPC initiatives.
  • Provide commercial and administrative assistance to construction teams involved in renewable energy projects.
  • Facilitate coordination and communication with business partners, suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Review commercial documentation, including tenders, orders, and contracts, while executing follow-up actions.
  • Assess incoming invoices and prepare outgoing invoices.
  • Analyze and compile project data for effective planning, reporting, and project control.
  • Prepare and post outgoing invoices.
  • Evaluate and process incoming invoices for payment.
  • Manage daily operations of the Invoice System and SAP.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software.
  • Experience in an international work environment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
