About the Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Management Specialist to join our team at Axa. As a Demand Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in capturing business demands and ensuring that business needs and priorities are understood to support our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Demand Intake and Scoping**: Capture business demands and have an overview of all demand for their scope (Country / Market). Ensure business needs and priorities are understood to support the business strategy.
  • **Collaboration and Communication**: Work closely with the Account Manager, Product Business Partners, Market Integration Expert, and PM when needed to ensure pre-scoping is performed to identify if existing products are available, or if a new solution is required.
  • **Demand Planning**: Manage the Entity project Portfolio, request necessary resources to meet demand, and help with portfolio prioritization.
  • **Delivery, Monitoring & Reporting**: Own the Demand Management Process for the Country / Market / Entity and ensure all defined steps are followed appropriately. Monitor and report on the portfolio of demand and ensure effective closure.

Requirements

  • **Experience**: Good IT background, experience of working in a global Organization, and good understanding of Group Operations Governance.
  • **Competencies**: Strong understanding of the Demand Management process, sound knowledge of Product families GO structure, Tech and Data roadmap, objectives, organization, and policies.
  • **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong communication and presentation skills.
