EPC Management Specialist

Your Key Responsibilities- Oversee monthly financial closures and project-level PL/CF account forecasting.
- Manage commercial and administrative transactions related to EPC projects.
- Provide commercial and administrative assistance to construction teams engaged in renewable energy projects.
- Facilitate coordination and communication with business partners, suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Review and manage commercial documentation, including tenders, orders, and contracts, along with follow-up activities.
- Audit incoming invoices and process outgoing invoices.
- Analyze and prepare project data for effective planning, reporting, and control.
- Prepare and record outgoing invoices.
- Evaluate and execute payments for incoming invoices.
- Oversee daily operations of the Invoice System and SAP.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
- Experience in an international work environment.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
