Food and Beverage Service Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Service Manager to join our team at Radisson Blu. As a key member of our Banqueting Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the Banqueting Department, ensuring that all aspects of the guest food and beverage service experience are delivered to the highest standards.
- Work closely with the team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Take ownership of departmental plans and objectives, ensuring that hotel initiatives and targets are achieved.
- Collaborate with the team to control costs and inventory, maintain productivity and performance levels, and promote a positive and professional work environment.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation and best practice activities, documenting and reporting as required.
Requirements
- Experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Hands-on approach with a can-do attitude, a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Ability to find creative solutions to problems, take ownership of duties and tasks, and work in an environment that demands excellence.
- Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms.
