Join Our Team as a Senior Technology Quality Engineer Welding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Quality Engineer Welding Specialist to join our team at Siemens Gamesa. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our welding processes and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex technical topics and define mitigations and technical solutions to ensure high-quality welding processes.
  • Provide technical support to the Nacelles organization, suppliers, and production teams to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement acceptance criteria for complex technical applications to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and validate technical and cost improvement ideas that align with industry best practices.
  • Train and develop core competencies within the organization to ensure a skilled and knowledgeable workforce.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in engineering with a focus on welding or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in welding engineering with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Fluent English language skills to effectively communicate with global teams.
